The objective of JRIOA is to bring together  scientists and companies concerned by OA technologies and applications - OA specialists, manufacturers, integrators, users - and to present their most recent work in the field. The JRIOA are organized by the eponymous club of the French Optical Society (https://www.sfoptique.org/).

The topics of the JRIOA 2023 are:

• High resolution observation of satellites as part of the Onera Scientific Days
• Ground-to-space optical communications
• Characterization of turbulence
• Deformable mirrors

The JRIOA 2023 will be held in English. It will be possible to attend in person or remotely.
